When you choose to pay for our Google add-ons, we will collect and store your IP address and the derived geolocation from your IP address to fight the payment disputes we may get.

Data Accessed

Our add-ons access, collect, and interact with specific Google user data strictly required to provide their respective functionalities. This includes accessing your email address for account identification and license verification. Depending on the specific add-on you authorize, the application may also access Google Drive file metadata, YouTube channel and video analytics, Google Workspace organizational data, and linked third-party storage structures (such as Dropbox or OneDrive).

Data Usage

We use your email address to generate user licenses, communicate billing information, manage trial limitations, and send occasional product-related updates. The specific Google user data requested by each add-on is used solely to facilitate the core functions of the application, such as populating your spreadsheets or web apps with the requested analytics or directory data. For certain background automation functionalities, our servers may periodically process this data; however, this information is processed in-memory, immediately exported to your Google Sheet, and is never stored on our external servers.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties. While we use third-party payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, and Paddle) to process financial transactions, these services only handle payment information and do not have access to your Google Workspace data or any information retrieved via Google APIs.

Data Storage & Protection

We employ industry-standard data protection mechanisms to safeguard your information. The email addresses we store for licensing purposes are secured using AES-GCM-256 encryption at rest. We do not store your retrieved Google user data on our external databases. To enable specific automated background processes, we securely store authorization tokens (such as refresh tokens). The actual user data processed by our servers is transmitted directly to your Google ecosystem and is never saved to our databases.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your encrypted email address, licensing information, and necessary authorization tokens until a data deletion is requested. You have the right to request the deletion of your data and the revocation of stored authorization tokens from our systems at any time. To submit a data deletion request, please send an email to [email protected], and we will promptly process the complete removal of your information.

The Google Sheet™ add-ons YT Tracker & YT Metrics use YouTube™ API Services for all video/channel/analytics data. Also, please ensure you comply with Google privacy policy.

Our add-ons' use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can try out almost all product functionalities in the free version. Therefore, no refunds will be provided for your subscription. However, if you encounter an issue with the product that we can't fix, we'll process a refund.

We provide monthly & annual subscription services for the Google add-ons Drive Explorer and YT Tracker. After the initial purchase, your subscription renews automatically at the end of the subscription cycle. You will receive emails from us after every subscription renewal.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from a Google Sheet™ you own by selecting Add-ons → Drive Explorer/YT Tracker → License Details → Cancel subscription.

After the successful cancellation, you can access the premium features till the end of the subscription cycle.

Terms of Service

The information we gather from user for license verification purpose is protected and confidential. We use that data just to verify your license. Nowadays no mode of electrical storage or transmission is 100% secure hence, we can't guarantee its absolute security.

Our software & services are not targeted to users under 13 years of age and we don't knowingly collect personal information from that age group users.

Warrenties & Disclaimer

Our software services are provided in 'as is' basis. We take utter care in making the software useful and error free. However, we are not liable in any case for the loss of data or business due to the use of or inability to use our software.

This user policy is bound to change and we encourage our users to check this page time to time. We may also send emails before the change of policy.
