1. Why not free?

I'd love to keep this app free, but every year Smart Bulk Renamer has to go through a paid security audit to use Google Drive APIs. To cover that cost, I'm charging a small fee to power users.

2. How to activate premium and is there any limit?

After purchasing, you can simply refresh this page to activate your license. There's no limit when you are subscribed to premium. You can rename any number of files any number of times.

3. How do I cancel my subscription?

After you subscribe, you will receive an email with a link to cancel your subscription. You can use that link to cancel/pause your subscription any time.

4. How do I get support?

You can send an email to [email protected] for support and expect a reply within 24 hours.
