Reorganizing enrolled Chromebooks across grade levels, departments, or repair holding units in the Google Admin Console is painfully slow. SheetOps allows IT teams and school administrators to bulk move hundreds of Chrome OS devices between Organizational Units (OUs) in seconds directly inside Google Sheets.
Organizational Units (OUs) govern device-level policies in Google Workspace, including Wi-Fi configurations, kiosk mode settings, sign-in restrictions, and forced app installations. When students graduate or hardware transitions between school buildings, moving devices to target OUs ensures immediate policy compliance.
SheetOps groups device moves by target OU path and executes them via the Google Admin Directory API's moveDevicesToOu endpoint in batched chunks of 50 devices per call.

In Google Sheets, go to Extensions → SheetOps → Chrome OS Devices:
